Automated Posting
SAIGE publishes a fresh Google Post every three days, on average, with copy written by AI trained on a million-plus data points across your category. The same content cross-publishes to Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn so one engine drives every channel.
What gets published
SAIGE rotates across the post types Google's algorithm rewards most heavily:
- Service highlights — featuring one of your services with a keyword-rich body, paired with a relevant photo
- Customer success stories — anonymized, on-brand vignettes when reviews and engagement data give us material
- Seasonal offers — auto-timed against your category's seasonal cycle (HVAC tune-ups in fall, AC service in spring, etc.)
- FAQ-style posts — answering the questions customers actually search, optimized for AI-search citation
- Photo gallery posts — surfacing recent geo-tagged photos with a short caption
Approval workflow
By default SAIGE runs in fully-automated mode — posts publish on schedule without asking you. If you'd rather approve each one, switch to Approval Required from Settings → Automate Posting:
- AI Fully Automated — every post goes live on schedule. SAIGE shows you what was published in the activity log. Best for operators who trust the engine and want zero overhead.
- AI Approval Required — SAIGE drafts each post and surfaces it in the dashboard. You get an email or in-app notification, approve or edit, and SAIGE publishes. Best for regulated industries (medical, legal) or operators who want a final pass.
- Custom Template — you write a template SAIGE fills in. Heaviest control, lightest AI authorship. Most useful for highly specific seasonal campaigns.
Cross-publishing to Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
Connect each social account once from Settings → Channels. Every time SAIGE publishes a Google Post, it auto-formats the content for each connected channel — square crops on Instagram, slightly different copy length on LinkedIn, link cards on Facebook. You write nothing extra.
Training SAIGE on your voice
Open Train SAIGE from the Automate Posting screen and paste 5–10 examples of how you want posts to read. SAIGE adapts its voice within hours — same factual content, your tone. The training applies to posts, review replies and Q&A answers across the platform.
Why every 3 days
Google's algorithm rewards posting frequency, but with diminishing returns. Posting daily looks spammy; posting weekly looks dormant. The 3-day cadence is the sweet spot we've measured across 10,000+ profiles. You can shift to every 5 or every 7 days from settings if you want a slower drumbeat.
