Cancellation & 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Last updated May 5, 20263 min read

SAIGE has a 90-day satisfaction guarantee. If we don't rank you for any of your desired keywords within 90 days of your first paid charge, you don't pay — we refund what you've paid and we keep managing your profile at no charge until it produces a ranking result. After the 90-day window, cancel any time. The whole flow is self-serve through Stripe.

How to cancel

1. Open any Stripe email from SAIGE

Receipt, invoice, payment-failure notice — anything Stripe has sent on this subscription works.

2. Click "Manage your subscription"

The link is at the bottom of the email and opens Stripe's customer portal.

3. Click "Cancel subscription"

Confirm the cancellation. Auto-renew turns off immediately. Service continues through the end of the current billing period.

90-day satisfaction guarantee

Your desired keywords are defined during onboarding (typically your top 3–5 high-intent local terms). At day 90 from your first paid charge, we evaluate: did SAIGE rank you for any of those keywords? If yes, the guarantee is fulfilled and your subscription continues at the normal cadence. If no, we refund every dollar you've paid to date within 5 business days — and we keep managing your profile at zero cost until you do rank. No clawbacks on posts, reviews, citations or photos already published.

Pro-rated refunds for early cancellation

If you choose to cancel within the 90-day satisfaction window, the satisfaction guarantee still applies — we refund everything paid to date provided the keyword targets weren't reached. If your targets WERE reached but you still want to cancel, standard month-to-month rules apply: you keep the value already paid through the end of the current cycle and the next cycle doesn't bill. We don't issue partial refunds for unused days after a successful guarantee outcome.

What happens to your data

  • Reports, settings, and uploaded photos — kept 90 days from your cancellation date
  • Posts, reviews, citations already published — stay live where they were published (Google, Facebook, directories). SAIGE just stops creating new ones.
  • After 90 days — account fully purged unless you re-subscribe before then
  • Want a full data export before the 90 days are up? Reply to any past Stripe receipt asking for an export and we'll send a zip with everything

Coming back

Re-subscribe within 90 days from the same email and SAIGE picks up exactly where it left off — same brand settings, same priority keywords, same audit area, same connected channels. Past 90 days we re-onboard fresh with a new audit (also free).
