Cancellation & 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
SAIGE has a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it isn't working in your first month, full refund — no clawbacks on the work already published. After that, cancel any time. The whole flow is self-serve through Stripe; you don't have to email anyone or wait for a confirmation.
How to cancel
Receipt, invoice, payment-failure notice — anything Stripe has sent on this subscription works.
The link is at the bottom of the email and opens Stripe's customer portal.
Confirm the cancellation. Auto-renew turns off immediately. Service continues through the end of the current billing period unless you're cancelling within the 30-day money-back window.
30-day money-back guarantee
Within 30 days of your first paid charge, cancel for any reason and we refund the full amount to your original payment method within 5 business days. No questionnaire, no win-back call, no clawbacks on posts, reviews, citations or photos already published.
Pro-rated refunds for early cancellation
If you cancel within the first 30 days, the full money-back guarantee applies. After day 30 but before your next billing cycle, you get the value you already paid for through the end of the current cycle — the next cycle simply doesn't bill. We don't issue partial refunds for unused days outside the 30-day window.
What happens to your data
- Reports, settings, and uploaded photos — kept 90 days from your cancellation date
- Posts, reviews, citations already published — stay live where they were published (Google, Facebook, directories). SAIGE just stops creating new ones.
- After 90 days — account fully purged unless you re-subscribe before then
- Want a full data export before the 90 days are up? Reply to any past Stripe receipt asking for an export and we'll send a zip with everything
Coming back
Re-subscribe within 90 days from the same email and SAIGE picks up exactly where it left off — same brand settings, same priority keywords, same audit area, same connected channels. Past 90 days we re-onboard fresh with a new audit (also free).
