Cancellation for Agency Partners
Cancellation for agency partners is handled directly from your partner dashboard — per-account if you're losing a single client, or full-program if you're stepping away from SAIGE entirely. The 30-day money-back guarantee applies on a per-account basis.
Cancelling a single client account
Sign in at go.meetsaige.com with your partner credentials.
Accounts → [client account] → Settings. Scroll to the Subscription section.
Click "Cancel this account" and confirm. The account stays active through the end of its current billing cycle, then auto-renew turns off. Other accounts under your partnership are unaffected.
Cancelling your partner program
If you're stepping away from the SAIGE Agency Program entirely, contact partners@meetsaige.com with your partner ID. We'll walk through what happens to your active client accounts (their service can continue if you transfer them to another partner; otherwise they wind down per their cycles) and process any owed pro-rated refunds within 5 business days.

- Per-account: within 30 days of an account's activation, cancel that account for full refund
- Per-partnership: within 30 days of joining the program, full refund of any partner fees paid

What happens to client data
- Reports, settings, photos for cancelled accounts — kept 90 days from cancellation
- Posts, reviews, citations already published — stay live where they were published; only future automation stops
