Cancellation for Agency Partners

Cancellation for agency partners is handled directly from your partner dashboard — per-account if you're losing a single client, or full-program if you're stepping away from SAIGE entirely. The 90-day satisfaction guarantee applies on a per-account basis.

Cancelling a single client account

1. Open your partner dashboard

Sign in at go.meetsaige.com with your partner credentials.

2. Open the account settings

Accounts → [client account] → Settings. Scroll to the Subscription section.

3. Cancel the account

Click "Cancel this account" and confirm. The account stays active through the end of its current billing cycle, then auto-renew turns off. Other accounts under your partnership are unaffected.

Cancelling your partner program

If you're stepping away from the SAIGE Agency Program entirely, contact partners@meetsaige.com with your partner ID. We'll walk through what happens to your active client accounts (their service can continue if you transfer them to another partner; otherwise they wind down per their cycles) and process any owed pro-rated refunds within 5 business days.

90-day satisfaction guarantee

  • Per-account: if SAIGE doesn't rank that account for any of its defined desired keywords within 90 days of activation, the partner doesn't pay for that account — we refund every partner fee charged to date for it and keep managing it at no cost until it ranks
  • Per-partnership: within 90 days of joining the program, full refund of any partner fees paid if you decide the program isn't right for your agency
  • Refunds process to the original payment method within 5 business days

What happens to client data

  • Reports, settings, photos for cancelled accounts — kept 90 days from cancellation
  • Posts, reviews, citations already published — stay live where they were published; only future automation stops
  • Transferring a client account to another partner before cancellation? Email partners@meetsaige.com with the destination partner ID and we'll move it under your direction
